1: The heavy riding noise brings the speed to slow down, the car starts slowly after stopping, and can only start normally after the motor is running.

Diagnosis: This is caused by damage to the motor. It may be that there is a problem with a phase line circuit inside the controller. First of all, carefully check whether there is any problem with the connecting wires. If the connecting wires are detected normally, then there is a fault in the internal components of the controller, and the controller needs to be replaced!


Tips: When replacing the controller, you must use the "anti-slip" screw to tighten the anti-skid, so as to avoid damage to the original controller due to short circuit caused by bad road conditions and bumps! At the same time, try to connect all the functions as much as possible, don’t try to save trouble if you don’t connect all the functions, brake power off, three-speed transmission, etc.


2.The electric car will not move when it is powered on, it is difficult to push, and the cart will make a "thump, thump, thump" sound

Diagnosis: In this case, the motor wire is short-circuited due to contact with the virtual connection. You can unplug the three thick phase wires of the motor, and the phenomenon of pushing the cart will disappear, indicating that the controller is broken. Please replace it immediately. If it is still difficult to implement, it may be caused by the short circuit of the motor coil.


Reminder: if the power is turned on and the wheels cannot rotate, it is mostly an internal fault of the controller. Do not drag it forcibly when it cannot rotate. You can unplug any two of the three thick wires of the motor. Forcible dragging will cause the motor coil to short-circuit and burn out!


3.It can start normally but won't go away after running for a few meters

Diagnosis: 

(1). The battery is insufficient, and the controller is in the undervoltage protection state.


(2).Check whether the line is in poor contact, and when the speed rises and the current increases, there is an "impediment" to power on and the power is cut off!


(3).The internal components of the controller are weakly welded or damaged. Electric vehicles all have an undervoltage value. When driving to the undervoltage point, the controller will stop power supply and ride or slow down.


4.Points of installation of the controller

The controller controls the motor. Everyone must be careful when connecting the controller. Installation and wiring should not be sloppy. It is best not to use a connector for the transfer wire. In case of water entering the handlebar connector, the motor will stop or run uncontrollably and quickly, which is dangerous.
